Mr. Boris Stavrovskij, Ph.D., Prof. New York University, Honorary President

Dr. Stavrovskij has always been an inspiration to us ,our clients and partners with his scientifical approach to choosing the most effective path in any business venture and his risk analysis techniques. Despite the fact that he is officially retired, he still finds time to consult us on any important project, and we believe, that none of the competition has the analytical capabilities and experience he brings to us.

Mr. Ilja Stavrovski, M.B.S., President

Ilja followed the steps of his father in Science, graduating from Moscow Aviation Institute with degree in Operation Research (he likes to say "I can not really claim I'm not a rocket scientist… because I am"). With Russia opening up in the 80's, he went to United States to study International Business and Marketing. In 1989 he became an executive in one of the first western joint ventures in Eastern Europe, UNISAT. In 1995, he came to Prague to head the group. He says: "I love this city, and I love real estate development - that fulfills me better than any other activity I have tried, and I have tried many. There is an element of hunt to it, with chasing the right property to make a deal (a kill!) and an element of science , calculating all the possible outcomes and minimizing the risks, and an element of art, with taking an old house, that is falling apart, and building it into a palace with all the modern amenities. "

Mr. Jason Boughner, CFO

Mr. Boughner has a degree in corporate finance from 2001, University of Windsor, B.Comm. "When you first come to our office, the first thing that strikes you is how busy everyone is. It took me a while just to get in the rhythm. I have brought the knowledge of western finances to the company , but I probably have learned more here, than in college"

Mr. Vitaliy Sushchyk, construction manager

With 15 years experience in construction, Mr. Sushchyk's primary goal is to provide clients with a quality product the entire team can take pride in. "I have known Mr. Stavrovskij for 8 years, and I always wanted to work for him. Our attention to the people that will live in the building when it is finished, is something I have never seen before anywhere else".
