The Stavrovski group is located in Prague and has been successfully active on the local real estate market since 1991.

Since it was founded the company has established a strong position, implemented several very successful commercial projects, which have, due to its offer of complex services and a high quality guarantees, placed it among the leading developing groups in the Czech Republic.

The Stavrovski group focuses on the implementation of construction sites, the leasing and selling of real estate in attractive localities mainly in Prague and offers services in the entire development process. Starting with the search for appropriate real estate, the implementation and assessment of a feasibility study, the assurance of project financing, the selection of suppliers, management of supplier relations for project implementation up to and including the leasing or selling of the real estate and its sequential management.

The Stavrovski group implements residential and administrative locations as well as technical equipment. The group consistently focuses on optimal utilization of project investment including careful consideration of the plan and study elaboration up to final property outfitting in accordance to the demands of the tenant or buyer.
